These draft terms are placeholder website terms for the static design phase. They should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before launch or before any live app collects health information. RubyHealth is in beta testing with a planned Q4 2026 launch.
RubyHealth is intended to support monitoring, record keeping, early warning review, and better conversations with qualified clinicians. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical condition.
Alerts, trends, summaries, and visualisations are decision-support signals only. They must not replace professional medical judgement, emergency care, or direct advice from a qualified healthcare provider.
RubyHealth may help surface changes in wearable readings, sleep, behaviour notes, medication context, and caregiver observations. Any alert should be treated as a prompt for review, not as a diagnosis or instruction to change treatment.
RubyHealth is in beta testing phase. Early participants should expect updates, improvements, and potential changes during testing. The production app will need clear privacy, consent, data retention, account access, and security terms before health data is collected.
